Kemar wins Commonwealth gold!

Kemar Bailey-Cole won his first major title last night in the men’s 100m at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow 2014.

The Jamaican sprinter, dubbed the ‘next big thing’ by his coach Glenn Mills, won the race in 10.00, picking up gold for his country.

Bailey-Cole finished ahead of English athlete Adam Gemili and fellow countryman Nickel Ashmeade on the track at Hampden Park, Scotland.

KBC had won his Semi Final with the same time, giving him a place in the final and following up his impressive heat win.
